Experienced Line Cooks Wanted

What You’ll Do 

As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare high-quality menu items while maintaining the standards our guests expect. 

Responsibilities include:  


* Prepare and cook menu items using grills, ovens, fryers, sauté stations, and other commercial kitchen equipment


* Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, and catering menu items


* Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines


* Set up, stock, and break down assigned cooking stations


* Assist with food preparation and ingredient organization


* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen


* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures


* Work closely with fellow cooks, servers, and kitchen leadership


* Assist in creating daily specials and seasonal menu offerings


* Help ensure exceptional guest dining experiences

Qualifications 

We’re looking for candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, country clubs, banquet facilities, or other commercial kitchens. 

Preferred qualifications include:  


* Previous experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, Sauté Cook, Restaurant Cook, Prep Cook, or Kitchen Cook


* Experience working in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or banquet kitchen preferred


* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices


* Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and consistency


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
