Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HPE Aruba Premium Support Engineer to provide technical support for HPE Aruba ClearPass, AirWave, and Central On-Prem solutions.

This role involves troubleshooting customer-reported issues, assisting with deployments and upgrades, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting), NAC (Network Access Control), RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, network monitoring, and enterprise networking concepts.

Contributions primarily impact customer support operations through effective case management and issue resolution.

Works under general supervision while developing technical expertise in Aruba networking and security solutions.

Collaborates with peers and senior engineers to resolve customer issues and continuously expand technical knowledge.

Responsibilities



* Provide premium-level technical support for HPE Aruba ClearPass, AirWave, and Central On-Prem customers.


* Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) issues involving RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, and 802.1X.


* Assist customers with product configuration, deployment, upgrades, and general operational questions.


* Collect and analyze logs, packet captures, system diagnostics, and other troubleshooting data.


* Support HPE Aruba AirWave monitoring and reporting functionality.


* Assist with HPE Aruba Central On-Prem administration, device onboarding, and connectivity troubleshooting.


* Work closely with customers and internal teams to provide timely updates and issue resolution.


* Follow established troubleshooting methodologies and documented best practices.


* Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers with complete technical documentation.


* Maintain accurate case records and contribute to internal knowledge base articles.
