Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Cook to join our team on a part-time basis.

What You'll Do

Meal Preparation


* Prepare meals by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes


* Cook meals that meet dietary requirements and resident preferences


* Ensure food is prepared and served with attention to quality, presentation, and taste

Food Safety & Quality


* Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality


* Follow all dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines


* Maintain compliance with sanitation and infection control standards

Kitchen Operations


* Plate, arrange, and garnish meals for an exceptional dining experience


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment


* Properly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas

Qualifications


* Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience


* Current ServSafe Certification required


* Experience in healthcare, senior living, or dietary services preferred


* Strong teamwork skills and a positive, collaborative attitude


* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
