Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist


* Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence


* Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and safe transitions home


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
