Overall Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned

Responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and production support machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations throughout the LEER Group facility.

This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and building systems to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

The technician responds to equipment breakdowns, diagnoses root causes of failures, completes repairs in a timely manner, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and preventive maintenance practices.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining production efficiency, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring equipment and facility assets operate at peak performance while meeting LEER Group safety and quality standards.

Education and/or Experience

This employee is required to have a high school diploma or GED.

In addition, this employee is required to participate in annual training for Hazardous Waste Recycling and fire safety.

This employee must be familiar with the current system of paint processing used.

This employee needs the ability to read and verbally communicate in English.
