Work You'll Do

As a Project- Manager, Managed Services on the GPS SAP team, you will be responsible for...


* Administer and optimize SAP Solution Manager to support application lifecycle management across the SAP landscape.


* Maintain Solution Manager configuration, integrations, and core capabilities including ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, Monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis.


* Manage system monitoring, alerting, and technical operations to help maintain stability and performance across SAP environments.


* Coordinate transport, change, and release management processes across development, test, and production landscapes.


* Lead SCM release planning, deployment coordination, go-live readiness, and cross-team dependency management for supply chain-related SAP applications and integrations.


* Partner with Basis, functional, development, QA, and security teams to resolve defects, manage risks, and support smooth implementations.


* Support incident and problem management processes, including integration with service desk tools.


* Maintain solution documentation, business process structures, and system landscape information.


* Drive continuous improvement in platform operations, release governance, and Solution Manager best practices
