We are seeking a Delivery Management Engineer II to support delivery for a client's External Provider Schedule (EPS), a platform designed to streamline community care appointment scheduling.
In this role, you will help drive Agile execution across teams, support planning and delivery activities, and promote alignment across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and improving delivery flow in complex environments.
Work you'll do
As a Delivery Management Engineer II on the AI&E EaaS team, you will be responsible for...
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
* Support Program Increment planning and coordinate execution activities across Agile teams and stakeholders
* Track risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones to help maintain program alignment and execution
* Use Jira to manage work items, monitor team progress, and support reporting for delivery health and performance
* Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to help remove impediments and improve delivery outcomes
