District VP of Industrial Services

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a District VP of Industrial Services to join their team.

The VP will lead all aspects of the industrial services lines of business within the assigned district, with full accountability for safety, quality, financial performance, and operational execution.

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, including budgets, growth initiatives, and performance targets, in collaboration with the broader business leadership team.

The VP will provide strong leadership and direction to employees, foster a culture of operational excellence, and drive the implementation of the company's industrial services strategy.

Additionally, this position will oversee customer relationships, marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment across all functional areas to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

Position is in Deer Park, TX.

Relocation assistance will be provided if needed.
