Lead BI Analyst – Salary Range: $112,240 – $145,810

Overview
Join our team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (Senior or Lead)

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (Senior/Lead) is responsible for the design, development, support, and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications and tools that transform data into actionable insights supporting SPP’s operations and strategic decisions.

This includes researching, designing, and documenting systems and applications; managing data retrieval and analysis; building reports and visualizations; and identifying automation and continuous improvement opportunities within team and departmental processes.

The role applies business and technical concepts to analyze errors, troubleshoot software, provide customer support, and resolve application and usability issues while ensuring the effective, reliable operation of BI systems.
