Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting positive patient outcomes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards


* Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care


* Support residents and families with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication


* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

Qualifications


* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California


* Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
