Responsibilities
* Customer Service Excellence & Communication - Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
* Leadership & Teamwork - Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
* Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation - Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
* Delivery Operations - Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
* Returns & Pickups - Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
* Safety Compliance - Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
* Cash & Charge Transactions - Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
* Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance - Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* Valid Driver's License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
* Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
