M&A Strategy & Governance Analyst

You will collaborate with experienced practitioners, build core consulting and deal execution skills, and help clients navigate some of the most important moments in their business lifecycle.

Work You'll Do

As an Analyst in M&A I&D, as part of the S&G team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, integration and separation planning, analysis, execution, post-merger- integration / separation, and synthesizing overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions.


* Build and maintain integration and separation workplans across functions such as finance, human resources, information technology, operations, and legal


* Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.


* Building and selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business cases, pricing or complex financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.


* Develop deliverables in PowerPoint and Excel


* Working with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.


* Contribute to proposal development and collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, as needed
