Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Life Sciences R&D team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading client engagements focused on research and development, quality, and business transformation initiatives


* Managing project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination across cross-functional stakeholders


* Assessing current-state processes and operating models and developing recommendations for improvement and execution


* Translating business objectives into actionable implementation plans, governance structures, and performance measures


* Supporting business development efforts through proposal development, client presentations, and practice-building activities

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences, consulting, or industry transformation roles


* 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, client deliverables, or cross-functional initiatives


* Experience developing operating model, process improvement, or transformation recommendations


* Experience creating executive-level presentations, project plans, and implementation materials


* Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:


* Master of Business Administration, Master of Science, or other advanced degree


* Experience in research and development, quality, or regulatory functions within Life Sciences


* Experience supporting large-scale business or operating model transformation programs
