Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Life Sciences R&D team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading client engagements focused on research and development, quality, and business transformation initiatives


* Managing project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination across cross-functional stakeholders


* Assessing current-state processes and operating models and developing recommendations for improvement and execution


* Translating business objectives into actionable implementation plans, governance structures, and performance measures


* Supporting business development efforts through proposal development, client presentations, and practice-building activities

Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences or related field


* 6+ years relevant experience


* 4+ years of Life Sciences industry experience, with significant experience in the Clinical domain to include:


* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available



* Experience introducing new technologies such as GenAI/AI/ML and automation into existing drug development and business processes


* Experience with clinical operating model transformations


* Experience with evaluation of business processes related to drug development, including workflows, key activities, inputs, outputs, and interdependencies
