Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager on the Healthcare Solutions team, you will be responsible for the following:


* Lead and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle projects within healthcare organizations


* Collaborate with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute strategies


* Manage project timelines, deliverables, issue and risk mitigation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders


* Stay current on advancements in enabling technologies, Epic systems, and healthcare analytics, and translate them into practical solutions


* Leverage industry knowledge, market insights, trends, and proven approaches to help clients confirm priorities and develop strategies that drive measurable value to the business and customer experience


* Support business growth objectives by shaping pursuits, developing proposals, strengthening relationships with key decision makers, mentoring and staffing team members, and participating in recruitment and retention
