Reporting Line: You will be reporting to Robbie Fraser, Associate Director of Global Research & Analytics, located in the USA.

What you will do



* Develop and maintain market opinion and price forecast modelsfor multiple European and global energy commodities (e.g.

country level European power price forecasts)



* Perform analysis - both qualitative and quantitative - and research key energy market trendsto develop short-term and long-term market outlooks



* Develop actionable reportsand communicate market opinionsand outlooks with internal stakeholders and external clients



* Deliver complex analysis in a way that is persuasive and relatable to stakeholders with a wide range of backgrounds and expertise



* Capable of speaking and representing the GR&A team at client events and conferences



* Maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

What we need from you



* Proven expert-level knowledge andunderstanding of European energy market dynamics and energy market fundamentals



* Proven ability tounderstand economic trends and concepts



* Proven understanding of approaches tocommodity price forecastingand/or econometric modeling



* Proficiency inExcel, Python, and integration of AI tools/agents



* Experiencepresenting to senior level stakeholders



* Proven ability to build relationships across departments and geographies



* Proven ability managing multiple deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail



* Fluency in English required(verbal and written), any additional language is a bonus



* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required - preferably in mathematics, data science, economics, or energy & research-intensive field



* Additional programming experience preferred but not required.
