What You'll Do

As a Laundry Aide, you will help ensure our residents have clean clothing, fresh linens, and a comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities Include:

🧺 Collect resident laundry daily and as needed

🧺 Sort, treat, wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens

🧺 Label new resident clothing items as needed

🧺 Deliver clean laundry promptly to resident rooms

🧺 Inspect linens and clothing for stains, tears, and damage

🧺 Remove worn or damaged linens from service

🧺 Maintain inventory of laundry supplies

🧺 Follow all infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures

🧺 Operate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently

🧺 Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly

🧺 Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laundry area

What We're Looking For
Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred

✔ Previous laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Dependable attendance and positive attitude

✔ Commitment to providing excellent service to residents and coworkers

Physical Requirements


* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods


* Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying


* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds


* Ability to safely operate laundry equipment
