Position Overview

Holiday Inn & Suites St.

Cloud is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure seamless execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.

This role blends relationship‑building, event coordination, and administrative support to help drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a full‑time position offering $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Some evenings and weekends will be required based on event schedules.

What You’ll Do



* Assist guests and clients with professional, courteous service


* Support sales efforts through administrative tasks, telemarketing, and in‑house sales


* Conduct property tours and occasional outside sales calls


* Build strong client relationships and gather event details to ensure accurate documentation


* Coordinate event logistics, room setups, and communication with internal departments


* Verify payment methods and ensure all event details are finalized prior to arrival


* Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business


* Maintain organized records, schedules, and CRM data


* Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure coverage for events


* Uphold hotel safety and security procedures

What You Bring



* High school diploma or equivalent


* 1+ year of experience in hospitality, event planning, or customer service (preferred)


* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills


* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities


* Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills


* Ability to work independently and handle monetary transactions


* Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM systems


* Leadership qualities and the ability to set goals and delegate tasks
