Commercial Banking Business Management Data & Analytics - Senior Associate

You'll partner with leaders and colleagues to deliver insights that drive business decisions and support key initiatives.
As a Business Management & Data Analytics Associate in Commercial Banking Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you will play a critical role in supporting the Client Onboarding & Servicing (COS) organization.
You'll help senior management across the Commercial & Investment Bank gain visibility into major initiatives, business metrics, and financials.
Your work will enable effective execution and strategic decision-making in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Partner with COS and Commercial & Investment Bank F&BM to prepare executive presentations, combining financials and data to tell a cohesive story
* Design management reporting packages to communicate business results transparently and concisely
* Create executive-level presentations using PowerPoint PitchPro+
* Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers, and other F&BM teams
* Analyze large data sets, assess KPI trends, and develop impactful analysis to support COS strategy
* Collaborate with COS and CIB F&BM teams to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses
* Participate in activity-based costing processes to allocate expenses and inform client profitability
* Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong partnerships across teams
* Achieve goals through collaboration, even without direct authority over all resources
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 2 years of experience in financial data analysis and storytelling
* Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships at multiple organizational levels
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex initiatives clearly
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
* Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Experience with BI tools, databases, and SQL querying
* Ability to interpret and present complex data to diverse audiences
* Experience developing executive-level presentations
* Inquisitive personality with a passion for continuous improvement
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
