Essential Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.


* Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.


* Measure and record vital signs accurately.


* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.


* Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care.

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
