North Pointe Care Center is seeking compassionate, motivated, and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our therapy team on a per diem basis .

💼 Position Details:


* Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)


* Status: Per Diem / As Needed


* Pay: $60-$70/hour (based on experience)


* Setting: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care

* Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans


* Focus on improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

* Active California Occupational Therapist license


* Strong clinical and evaluation skills
