We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!

Position Details


* Monday through Friday


* Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


* $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements


* 2-3 years of orthodontic experience preferred


* Knowledge of dental insurance and dental terminology preferred


* Experience in sales and presenting treatment plans required


* X-Ray Certification preferred


* CPR Certification preferred


* Must be willing to travel to our Lake Worth office as needed

Key Skills


* Ability to confidently present financial treatment plans to patients


* Strong communication and customer service skills


* Understanding of dental insurance benefits and coordination


* Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


* Positive attitude and willingness to be a flexible team player


* Experience in both front office coordination and clinical orthodontic workflows is a plus
