Key Responsibilities

As a COTA at City View Post Acute, you will play an important role in helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

Primary Duties Include:


* Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)


* Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve daily function and independence


* Accurately document resident progress, treatment responses, and functional milestones


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive resident care


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies, exercises, and home programs


* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of the therapy department
