Inside Sales (TeleSales) Executive

In this role, you’ll help drive growth within a key small‑to‑medium customer segment by prospecting, building relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions.

 
What You’ll Do


* Proactively reach out to prospective customers and identify new business opportunities.


* Prepare accurate quotations that align with customer needs.


* Keep customer information updated in our CRM.


* Support account setup and guide customers through their first bookings.


* Manage your sales pipeline and consistently meet activity and growth targets.


* Respond to customer requests promptly and implement pricing updates as needed.


* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
