Position Summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift.

Key Responsibilities


* Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team


* Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and observations


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes


* Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations

Qualifications


* Current LVN license in good standing


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required


* Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care
