We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, leadership-driven MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee our resident assessment instrument (RAI) process, clinical documentation, and care planning workflows.

Position Summary


* Job Type: Full-Time


* Compensation: Starting annual salary of $100,000 - $105,000

* Reports To: Director of Nursing / Facility Administrator

* Safety, Sanitation & Staff Development

Job Qualifications & Requirements:


* Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.


* Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state.


* Knowledge and experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
