Position Details


* Status: Part-Time


* Pay Rate: $16.90 - $17.48 per hour


* Schedule: Varies (may include weekends and holidays)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Dietary Aide to support our dietary department.

In this role, you will assist with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment to ensure residents receive quality nutrition.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation and food service following dietary guidelines


* Prepare trays, deliver meals, and assist residents as needed


* Follow portion control and special diet instructions


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas


* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment


* Stock supplies and assist with inventory


* Follow food safety and infection control procedures


* Provide friendly and professional service to residents and staff

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred


* Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus


* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Compassionate and customer-service focused attitude
