Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - PRN

Location: White Blossom
Compensation: $50 per hour
Schedule: PRN (as needed)

White Blossom is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis.

This role is ideal for a flexible clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist


* Assist with implementing individualized care plans to support patient recovery and mobility


* Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications


* Current, valid PTA license in the state of practice


* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs


* Prior experience in a clinical or post-acute setting preferred
