Position Details


* Status: Full-Time


* Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour


* Schedule: Varies (may include weekends and holidays)

Role Summary

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.

You will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive quality care while maintaining their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes


* Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services


* Assist in developing and implementing care plans


* Supervise and support CNAs


* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies


* Respond to resident needs and emergencies in a timely manner

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license required


* Current CPR/BLS certification preferred


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus


* Strong clinical and organizational skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


* Compassionate and patient-focused approach
