InSite Operations Mgr II



* Salary: $70,000 - $90,000


* Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ


* Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as needed


* Position Overview:
This role requires a hands-on, flexible professional with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to step in wherever needed to support operations.


* Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and oversee an 8-person emergency response crew


* Coordinate and manage emergency response activities


* Supervise janitorial services for the customer site


* Oversee chemical cleanup operations to ensure safe conditions for tradespeople to perform repairs


* Maintain safety, compliance, and operational efficiency during all response activities



* Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager II to lead onsite environmental operations at a key customer location (or group of locations).

In this role, you will organize day-to-day operations to maximize profitability, ensure safe and compliant delivery of services, and plan for ongoing operational needs related to technology, facilities, labor, and equipment.

You will develop, monitor, and measure performance against operational and financial KPIs while providing strong leadership to the onsite InSite team.
