HR Intern – Process Improvement & AI Focus

Supports the global project redesigning our global Talent Acquisition process to ensure a streamlined, AI-enabled, and easy-to-navigate hiring process that leverages intelligent systems to drive efficiency, with clear expectations, timely communication, and shared accountability - resulting hiring high-impact talent all while thoughtfully incorporating the perspectives of candidates, hiring managers, and HRBPs.

Work location: On-site in San Ramon, CA with strong preference for local candidate Hours: M-F with some early morning calls required due to global nature of project CooperVision is seeking a motivated and intellectually curious HR Intern with an interest in process improvement and AI-driven solutions to join our Human Resources team.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to how emerging technologies and thoughtful process design can enhance Talent Acquisition and onboarding experiences.

This role is well-suited for a student who enjoys improving how work gets done, collaborating across teams, and exploring how AI and automation can make HR processes more efficient and effective.
