Concord Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality care to our residents while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Details


* Schedule: Full-Time (including weekends/holidays as needed)


* Pay: $49.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities


* Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor and document residents' conditions and progress


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs


* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies


* Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions

Qualifications


* Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Current CPR/BLS certification (required)


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
