Position Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:


* Work closely with the Occupational Therapy team to carry out individualized treatment plans


* Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence


* Provide supportive, encouraging, and patient-centered care during therapy sessions
