What We're Looking For:


* Active STNA certification (Ohio)


* A genuine passion for helping others (this part matters most)


* Reliability—you show up, especially when others are sleeping


* Ability to work independently but still be a team player


* Strong communication and observation skills


* Comfortable working overnight hours and staying alert

Bonus Points If You:


* Have prior long-term care or nursing home experience


* Can handle quiet nights and unexpectedly busy ones


* Bring good energy (coffee help, but kindness works better)
