Shifts:

Part-time 6am-2pm on Monday & Saturday

Part-time 2pm-6am on Monday & Saturday

*Open to double shifts on Monday & Saturday 6am-10pm

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to expect:

Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range - $30-$40/hour
