In this System Administrator role, the ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations and technical issues, as well as participation in the initiation and planning phases of organizational projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and supporting windows environments with VMware, Active Directory, Clusters, and SQL & IIS.

Services.

Experience in supporting these environments in healthcare will be preferable.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

ü  Responsible for the configuration/installation/upgrades, performance monitoring, security, and continual improvement of our client’s server and Applications.

ü  Responsible for supporting our client infrastructure applications, including Microsoft SQL Servers, Active Directory and Core Windows components like IIS, Clusters and File system.

ü  Responsible for New Server build, Application installation & configuration as per Product requirement.

ü  Responsible for upgrading and maintaining the Applications in co-ordination with Project Management Team

ü  Coordinate with all the internal teams to complete the projects and related tasks.

ü  Responsible for continuous improvement and enhancement of Infrastructure-related services.

ü  Analyze technical and business needs and recommend solutions

ü  Maintain positive relationships with clients, end users and vendors, and consultants.

ü  Maintain current working knowledge in systems and hardware, and incorporate new developments into the future systems of the enterprise

ü  Good Communication & Email Skills are mandatory.

 

Job Requirements:

Experience:

§   0-1 Year of administrating enterprise Windows and Virtual Environment.

§   Experience with building servers as per standards will be added advantage.

§   Responsible for monitoring performance and system usage.

§   Experience / Knowledge with monitoring tools and antivirus will be an added advantage.

§   Experience / Knowledge in planning, design, and installation of any application.

§   Health care IT experience will be preferred

Skills:

§   Troubleshooting skills

§   Excellent written and oral communication skills.

§   Ability to be proactive and work independently with limited direction.

§   Sound knowledge on Various Operating systems flavors, System files, Registry
