Consultant, Land and Right of Way
Bring your land, right-of-way, and stakeholder expertise to projects that power communities and advance a more sustainable future.
At ERM, experienced consultants have the opportunity to step into complex, high‑impact infrastructure projects while helping shape how energy systems are responsibly planned, built, and maintained.

What Your Impact Is
As a Consultant, Land & Right of Way, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients, landowners, and project teams—helping to negotiate, secure, and manage land rights that allow essential facilities to be constructed, operated, and maintained.
Your work will directly support project delivery, risk management, and long‑term client success across the upper Midwest and beyond.
