Position Details


* Schedule: Full-Time PM Shift


* Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour


* Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Rossmoor Area)

Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and hygiene while preserving dignity and comfort


* Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in condition


* Follow individualized care plans and physician instructions


* Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to maintain a safe and positive environment

Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification
