Schedule: Part-Time
Pay: $48/hour and up (DOE)

Position Summary

White Blossom Care Center is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented MDS Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a part‑time basis.

The MDS RN is responsible for coordinating and completing accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities


* Complete and coordinate MDS assessments and care area assessments (CAAs) accurately and timely


* Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and facility regulations


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans


* Monitor documentation to ensure accuracy and reimbursement optimization


* Participate in audits and quality assurance activities as needed

Qualifications


* Active RN license in good standing


* MDS experience required (SNF/long-term care preferred)


* Strong knowledge of Medicare, PPS, and OBRA regulations


* Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills
