Operations Manager (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities
* Management and coordination of the administrative area, including goods receipt postings, cash desk preparation, invoice control, and after-sales service
* Leadership of logistics and administrative staff, as well as support in organizing their day-to-day business
* Reporting to the Store Manager and/or the team on operational challenges and stock-related KPIs
* Planning and ensuring appropriate preparation of inventories and cycle counts
* Development of measures to optimize future inventory results and warehouse-related processes
* Supporting the Store Manager in monitoring overall stock levels and preparing purchase orders
* Close collaboration with our parent company and Customer Service Center in Paris, as well as with the Head Office in Munich
* Support in sales and After-sales activities when required
Your Profile
* You are proficient in all preparatory and follow-up activities related to a merchandise management system, cash register closings, and the full range of back-office operations, including in an international context
* You are also familiar with tasks related to sales operations
* You are confident in using modern media and enjoy applying them efficiently in daily work (omnichannel mindset)
* English is primary, German is a plus
* You have strong knowledge of standard MS Office applications
