As the Senior Transportation Supervisor, you will act as a change agent for the team.

You'll help ensure that important organizational initiatives and solutions are successfully implemented, maintained and improved when needed.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Lead large-scale implementations


* Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support


* Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations


* Work creatively with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support


* Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects


* Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.


* Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations


* Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry


* Experience in transportation in a supply chain/distribution environment


* Project management experience


* Experience with Microsoft Office

It'd be great if you also have:


* Bachelor's degree


* Working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations


* Excellent planning, client support, communication and organizational skills
