Employee Activations Manager
As an Activations Program Manager in the Digital Signage and Employee Engagement team within Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications, you will conceive and deliver a cohesive, year-round activation program for employees based in and around 270 Park Avenue.
You will balance high-impact tentpole events with smaller "moments of delight," integrating on-site experiences and digital communication channels to maximize reach and engagement.
You will partner directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, deliver flawless execution, and continuously improve programming through disciplined processes and measurable insights.
Job responsibilities
* Own the strategy and roadmap for 270 Park Avenue activations, delivering always-on programming aligned to firm priorities and cultural moments.
* Design a balanced portfolio of tentpole events and smaller engagement moments that strengthen community and connection.
* Integrate physical experiences and digital channels, including digital signage, to extend reach and reinforce key messages.
* Lead activations end-to-end from concept through on-site delivery, ensuring high polish and operational rigor.
* Develop detailed run-of-show plans, staffing models, rehearsal schedules, and contingency plans to ensure flawless execution.
* Manage approvals and stakeholder inputs, translating complex feedback into clear decisions and executable plans.
* Oversee vendor and partner engagement, including sourcing, contracting support, deliverable tracking, and on-site coordination.
* Resolve real-time issues calmly and decisively during live activations, protecting employee experience and stakeholder confidence.
* Partner with Lines of Business leaders, Employee Experience, Global Real Estate, and site partners to drive alignment and accountability.
* Operationalize program intake, planning workflows, toolkits, and repeatable playbooks to increase consistency and speed.
* Measure program performance, synthesize insights, and pilot new formats and process improvements, including responsibly applied artificial intelligence-enabled efficiencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 7 years of experience planning and executing events, activations, or employee engagement programming end-to-end with high production standards.
* Demonstrated credibility partnering with senior leaders, including driving clarity, managing expectations, and securing decisions.
* Strong program and project management discipline, including timeline ownership, dependency management, and run-of-show execution.
* Proven ability to execute under pressure with calm judgment, rapid problem solving, and strong risk awareness in live environments.
