Account Director, Australasia - New Zealand

Your Day to Day


* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and long‑term account plans.


* Drive new business opportunities while maximising share and revenue from existing clients.


* Partner closely with hotel sales teams to support conversion and negotiate commercial agreements.


* Use market insights and performance data to guide account strategy and business decisions.


* Represent the organisation at industry events, building presence and credibility in the market.

What We Need From You


* A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or Hospitality Management.


* Strong experience managing key accounts and driving new business in sales or commercial roles.


* Proven ability to negotiate, influence and build trusted client relationships.


* Solid understanding of revenue planning, forecasting and commercial performance.


* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to represent multiple properties.
