Innovation Economy Marketing Strategy Senior Associate-Commercial Bank

We are seeking a creative and analytical thinker who can develop innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consideration and lead generation.

This is a strategic role with significant interaction with cross-functional teams, requiring close partnership and integration with Marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs), key business stakeholders, and cross line of business marketing partners.

As a Senior Associate, Innovation Economy Marketing Strategy, you sit within the Commercial Bank but support a business that crosses multiple divisions.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives that support the growth of the business.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaigns, thought leadership and content strategy including defining content pillars and messaging frameworks across all parts of the marketing funnel.

You will also support team operations and reporting leveraging enterprise dashboards and analytics to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.

This includes creative briefs, campaign development, budget management, thorough competitive analysis, and working cross-functionally to develop campaigns and programs.

You will be an excellent communicator, capable of crafting compelling narratives and delivering high-impact presentations including hands-on creation of campaign debriefs that analyze channel performance, audience insights, and KPIs versus targets with clear recommendations.

You will have demonstrated innovation in creating marketing strategies and tactics and possess strong end-to-end planning, execution, and analytical skills be proficient with enterprise dashboards and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and ThoughtSpot.

Job Responsibilities


* Develop a deep understanding of the Innovation Economy business, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to inform best practices in messaging, brand building, client engagement, and relationship deepening.


* Develop content strategy tied to business goals, translating brand research and results into messaging frameworks, and defining thought leadership content pillars and quarterly or annual roadmaps aligned to priority audiences and sectors.


* Collaborate across teams to develop insights and identify trends within campaigns to optimize marketing tactics, improve results, drive efficiencies, and reduce costs.


* Work effectively and efficiently within multiple systems and processes throughout creative development and campaign execution to ensure proper approvals and controls for a successful launch.


* Track and review campaign and channel performance, and generate recommendations based on reporting, insights, established best practices, and the competitive landscape, while managing the budget.
