Position Overview:

McClure Post Acute is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team.

Compensation:



* Pay Rate: $ 22 −$ 24 per hour (depending on experience)


* Positions Available: Full-time


* Shift: AM shift

Key Responsibilities:



* Assist residents with requests and provide personalized care.


* Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation, and other daily activities.


* Provide companionship and build strong relationships with residents.


* Respond to emergencies according to established policies and procedures.


* Document care provided to residents in accordance with documentation standards.


* Ensure that resident individual service plans are current and accurate.


* Regularly review 24-hour reports and care checklists.


* Maintain the upkeep of residents' rooms (e.g., making beds, taking out trash, washing dishes).

Qualifications:



* Required Certification: Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).


* A positive attitude and a smile to bring to work every day.


* Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent care.


* Ability to work effectively as a team player.
