The Impact You Will Make


* Organize and supervise all maintenance and repair programs for the building and grounds.


* Plan and execute repair projects, new construction, and equipment installations.


* Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure 100% operational efficiency.


* Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize disruption to patient care.


* Maintain strict adherence to local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.


* Manage department supplies, equipment care, record keeping, and cost estimation.

What You Bring to the Team


* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in maintenance with a strong background in MEP systems.


* Education: High school graduate or technical school graduate.


* Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.


* Leadership: Proven ability to direct others and manage a department effectively.


* Interpersonal Skills: A tactful and professional approach when interacting with patients, families, and visitors.


* Administrative Skill: Proficiency in record-keeping and budget-conscious purchasing.
