Banker [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of strategic banking initiatives for sophisticated ultra-high net worth (UHNW) technology entrepreneurs.

Independently source, develop, and cultivate new and manage existing relationships with UHNW technology industry clients by understanding their wealth management needs and providing targeted banking advice regarding proposed financial solutions that fulfill their personal and business needs in the short-, medium-, and long-term.

Advise UHNW technology clients on their overall balance sheets, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs, and drive a strategic and holistic goals-based planning approach.

Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise and to connect clients with all lines of business across the firm.

Collaborate to develop cross lines of business programs and offerings for national technology industry vertical clients, inviting clients to all key events and sponsorships and facilitating the exchange of business referrals.

Represent the Private Bank at key technology industry national conferences by spearheading organization of specific events, sourcing speakers, and moderating panels.

Design and curate strategic marketing content for technology business development, in order to help bankers expand their client reach.

Drive development of customized lending platform solutions for technology clients across lending and concentrated holdings for founders with highly-concentrated private positions.

Develop framework for customized holdings and gifting analysis for executives and billionaires with executive-level compensation, charitable gifting opportunities, and tax considerations.

Utilize the firm's investment platform to influence sophisticated clients' charitable gifting, private credit, fixed income, and tax loss harvesting strategies.

Acquire new business assets both from existing client base and from new client acquisition.

Ensure the team's strict adherence to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Banker, Private Banker, Investment/Wealth Management Associate, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.

The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Banker, Private Banker, Investment/Wealth Management Associate, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.
