* Rate: Starting at $23.00 per hour

Your Impact & Responsibilities:


* Quality Resident Care: Implement specific procedures and programs designed to provide the highest standard of care to our residents.


* Clinical Communication: Observe and report patient status and needs to appropriate personnel, ensuring seamless care transitions.


* Responsive Support: Promptly answer call lights and attend to/report patient needs with compassion.


* Admissions & Transitions: Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure a welcoming and organized experience.


* Nutrition Support: Serve meals and distribute/pick up meal trays, ensuring our residents are well-nourished and cared for.

Qualifications:


* Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
