WAREHOUSE/LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)


* Minimum 18 years of age


* Ability to pass drug test


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Ability to work weekends on a regular basis and overtime on a frequent basis


* Ability to work any shift


* Ability to pass a typing and writing test


* Ability to maintain confidentiality


* Accuracy/attention to detail


* Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects


* Ability continue education


* Ability to travel independently


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and site-specific computer programs


* Valid driver's license

Desired


* Military, private security and/or retail security experience


* Ability to operate: forklift, tugger, and motorized cart



* Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service


* Provide complete and accurate records of all in-coming and out-going traffic in accordance with the Kroger Logistics Loss Prevention Manual and site specific procedure manuals


* Monitor pedestrian traffic


* Conduct rover/patrols of interior and exterior of Distribution Center in accordance with site specific procedure manuals


* Respond to emergencies in and around the Distribution Center


* Report and document all policy/safety violations


* Collect and record preliminary information needed for theft and accident investigations


* Conduct closed circuit TV surveillance in accordance with site specific procedure manual


* Must be able to pass a site specific Proficiency Exam within 90 days of employment
