WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?



* ETS (Express Transit Service) is an inbound service designed for importing heavier shipments with transit times agreed with the needs of the customer


* As an ETS Coordinator, you are effectively the control tower where you will own the end-to-end movement of shipments and play a critical role in delivering service excellence, protecting revenue, and enabling growth by allowing Sales to win and retain customers


* This is not a passive coordination role, you are at the center of the operation, making decisions, solving problems, and working directly with customers, service providers, airlines, and internal teams


* This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday during standard business hours

Your day-to-day will include:



* End-to-end ownership of ETS shipments: by liaising with external Stakeholders overseas to arrange the collection of shipments and ensure uplift to Australia is done within the agreed cost matrix and timeline


* Commercial decision-making: balancing transit time, cost, yield and optimising outcomes


* Proactive exception management: Monitoring shipment status, identifying risks early, and resolving them before service failures occur


* Airline and capacity management: working closely with multiple carriers to ensure transit times are met


* Customer engagement: acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing clear, confident, and timely communication


* Revenue enablement: supporting spot quotes and tailored offerings when standard network solutions fall short


* Performance ownership: actively managing transit time, revenue, cost, and yield on every shipment

* Experience within the airfreight, airline, or logistics industry - Essential
